A small follow-up release: chapters and metadata text tracks marked default now activate reliably, fixing storyboard thumbnails that broke under hls.js when it cleared cues on manifest loads and media attaches (#1216). That fix supersedes an interim workaround that had removed the default attribute from storyboard track elements (#1211). The rest of the release is CI housekeeping.
